I’m sure Tina Fey is a nice girl, but I just don’t find her funny.  30 Rock always seemed like a TV show that Californians love more than the rest of us, same way that Argo got major props because of the jokes poking fun at Hollywood phonys. I did love Argo though.

Days like this always bring the ‘bring back death penalty’ brigade.  Pisses me off, because there’s always the tired old arguments that ‘KEEPING THEM ALIVE WILL COST THE TAX PAYER A MILLION POUNDS EVERY MONTH’.  Fuck that, I don’t like getting on my high horse but I don’t believe in killing someone to satisfy the temporary bloodlust of a nation.  I don’t believe the Daily Mail/Daily Record stories about prisoners playing Xbox 12 hours a day, and I personally worry about the EDL more than radical Muslims.
